Placing of an order will be viewed to represent acceptance by the customer of the following terms and conditions.

There is currently no VAT on any of our sales (01/01/2010) should VAT status change, all prices will include VAT.

Orders will be invoiced at the current prices at the time of submitting of the work.

Title to goods

Ownership of the goods shall not transfer to the purchaser until full payment has been received by us. In the very unlikely event that we have incorrectly completed your order, customers must contact us within five working days of receipt, providing full details of any discrepancy or error. We shall endeavor to rectify these as soon as possible after notification.

Any images or copies of images, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. Images are under the photographer's copyright and can only be reproduced with their permission. Illegal reproduction may result in legal action by the photographer. By submitting photographs to us for restoration or reproduction, you affirm that no copyright is infringed. London Photographics will not be liable to you or any third party for such copyright infringement; even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of us. You will be liable for any copyright claims that arise.

Details of customer are kept in strict confidence and are not sold on to third parties. We value your privacy.

Cancellation

The Client may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After that work will have commenced and cost will have been incurred by us. Cost at that stage will only be for labour undertaken and no outputs.

Trademarks

All brand names, service names, product names, titles and copyrights used in this site are trademarks or copyrights of their respective holders.

London Photographics May request the use of restored works to use as promotional work on our website and other promotional material.

Images will be archived for 6 months in the event of a customer requiring further re-working.
